Returns policy

1. General Terms

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the purchased items. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, please follow the rules outlined below.

2. Return Deadlines

Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

If the item was received with a defect or does not match the order, this must be reported within 3 working days of receipt.

3. Return Conditions

The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

The buyer is responsible for properly packaging the item for return to prevent damage during transportation.

Refunds are issued only for the item itself. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or unsuitable for use.

4. Return Process

Send an email to info@islamocentras.lt, providing the order number and reason for the return.

Wait for confirmation and further instructions.

Send the item to the specified address.

Once the returned item is received, we will inspect its condition within 5 working days and initiate the refund.
